We are growing and urgently need a VP of operations. Our staffing firm is a trusted partner to fortune 500 clients that are growing. We are expecting to double in size in 2012. Our $25M company has projected growth to exceed $50M. We need a financial and operations professional to help manage growth.
You must have 5 years of experinece managing the accounting, HR and administration groups of a staffing firm. This person will manage all non-sales activity and report to the CEO. You must offer solutions to daily problems. Be able to think out of teh box and keep us in bounds.
This unique candiadte will be able to manage day to day activities of a small business and offer insight in efficiencies and processes. We are converting from Great Plains to Quickbooks in 1st qtr 2012. We are 75 % complete toward a total re-engineering of our sales and recruiting processes. We have several new product offerings that our clients have been extremely recepetive towards. We have all of our ducks in a row for greatness in I needs a go-to professional to help drive operations and improve financials.
