The DLA Managing Director is an impact position leading client engagements and bearing responsibility for all aspects of engagement project management including, but not limited to, developing project scope and plan, plan implementation, reviewing budgets, staffing, and communicating findings to the client. The Managing Director serves as the main point of contact with DLA clients. Engagements may be of a financial, operational, managerial, or strategic nature. The Managing Director also has responsibility for various Firm initiatives, including marketing, sales, staffing, counseling, mentoring, training, and other non-billable activities.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business (MBA preferred) Minimum of 10 years business related experience with an emphasis on financial services Experience producing and delivering communications to the executive level Project management experience Prior experience managing a team Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrated analytical ability Strong attention to detail Experience summarizing results and producing management reports Strong computer proficiency, specifically with word processing and spreadsheet software Hands on information technology audit experience strongly preferred CPA/CIA/CISA and /or MBA preferred Working knowledge of SOX/COSO Integrated Internal Control Framework Consulting experience is a plus
