Role Summary/Purpose:
The Senior Account Manager – Primary Metals Corporate Accounts is responsible for owning the strategic relationships with our Tier 1 Primary Metal accounts in NAM. This role will influence a virtual team of selling professionals to best support these customers and deliver value. In this role, you will:
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve the operating plan metrics utilizing all sales channels such as Field Sales, Distribution and variable Channels to market - Establish, develop and maintain relationships with customers and their decision-makers - Identify, track, negotiate and close specific opportunities for GE Water - Lead the development of sales opportunities and coordinate with the Profit & Loss (P&L) sales support groups - Submit winning proposals, lead negotiations, maintain effective business relationships and develop / maintain necessary processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness of the sales focus - Compile, assess and appropriately communicate relevant economic, market, competitive and project data

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering or Marketing - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Solutions Selling in Primary Metals Industry
