Our client provides a range of products and services to executive search and talent management businesses. Their group operates from offices in the US, UK, Germany and Australia and has clients in 60 countries including Fortune 100 companies. They are currently looking to recruit a Technical Support / Helpdesk Engineer to join their team.

As a Technical Support / Helpdesk Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering vital user and technical support to our client's global customer base.

Resolving technical, and occasionally complex, support requests, you will play a role in software deployment and upgrades for our client's latest software platform. You will also install our client's full software suite onto client severs.

Taking charge of issue resolution, you will investigate, reproduce and resolve all technical issues and liaise with other departments on a technical level as appropriate.

Additionally, you will assist other support engineers and provide them with guidance as well as take charge of escalated incidents and issues on their behalf. You'll create new knowledgebase articles to support the department.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have previous IT helpdesk and/or call centre support experience, including providing remote support via the telephone and installing programs.

As a Technical Support / Helpdesk Engineer, you must have superb communication skills and be able to explain technical issues to a non-technical audience. You must also have strong problem solving abilities including troubleshooting issues in a speedy and methodical manner.
