Job Description
A dynamic receptionist needed for our retirement community. Responsible to greet, direct and assist residents, visitors, vendors, and employees both on the telephone and in person, in a professional manner. Answers and appropriately directs all incoming calls. The position provides administrative support to various departments. Experience and Skills
* Minimum one year of relevant experience as a receptionist or switchboard operator * Candidate must possess exceptional, customer service skills * Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, vendors and staff at all levels of the organization * Excellent phone etiquette * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook * Ability to work with minimum supervision. * Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, telephone, two-way radio and other office equipment. Working with senior population is a plus, but not necessary
