Salary: $110k per yr level + 10% bonus
Job Description:
The main responsibility of this role is to work with the Product Management Team and the newly formed Global Enterprise Sales Team to develop sales-enablement resources, marketing launch plans for the company's core and new products. Immediate deliverables include core sales tools for value-based selling (decks, value propositions, collateral, etc.) to Global Accounts (Ocean Carriers and Logistics Providers).
Duties & Responsibilities:
~Identify, recommend and implement new product marketing approaches based on market, customers and sales needs. ~Support company expansion with new initiatives and products for existing and adjacent markets. This is an exciting opportunity requiring marketing leadership and creativity to enable the sales team to successful drive new sales to the "C-suite." ~Work with the Product Management and Commercial Management and with agencies to develop strategies and execute campaigns.
Job Specifications:
Education & Professional Qualifications: ~Education to the Masters degree level is preferred.
Prior Experience: ~Prior Product Marketing roles within a market-driven company are sought, as is prior B2B marketing experience particularly with products that automate manual document/ industry processes ~Experience with working closely with an Enterprise Sales Team
Skills & Qualities: ~An emphasis on fast-growing technology solutions for supply chain management sectors, global trade, and financial services is highly valued. ~Proven abilities with product marketing planning and execution, managing and directing cross-functional teams are required. ~The ability to work with technical and non-technical staff and to shift with the demands of business are useful for this position. A track record of providing new ideas that increased sales and revenues and taking the initiative are highly valued. The person for this position should enjoy working in an environment where there are multiple priorities and be able to maintain a high level of engagement across all tasks. ~Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including proficiency as a writer, listening and collaborative skills, and articulate speech are necessary.
