Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:


* Achieve new customer acquisition targets by developing and implementing promotional and pricing aspects of the customer acquisition effort for Internet channel including planning, developing, and executing marketing programs and providing strategic direction to the appropriate teams

* Create multiple channel strategies involving email, public relations, SEO/SEM advertising, partner marketing, promotional activities and media to generate awareness and acquire customers

* Set strategic priorities with a direction for development, testing, and implementation of promotional offers and working with the appropriate management team

* Lead development of the product features and customer loyalty initiatives by overseeing development and implementation of innovative and measurable marketing programs to increase overall visibility

* Work collaboratively with the social media manager to generate campaigns that appeal to the business demographic of customers
Qualifications:

* Experience with promotional campaigns, viral marketing would be ideal.

* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent related work experience; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline is ideal

* 5+ years in marketing communication planning, promotion development, advertising, or direct marketing; experience working as a leader in marketing analysis in online/eCommerce environments with product marketing or product/business planning preferred

* Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; effectively collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and senior management

* Demonstrate leadership in management environments, evidence of strong business and organizational judgment; able to plan and execute in a timely fashion

* SEM and SEO experience working with Google Ad Words, Microsoft Bing, Yahoo Panama or other relevant toolsets; understanding of market penetration via new age media desired
