Job Responsibilities: (Description)
Reporting to the VP of Digital Marketing, this position will work closely with the Director of Online Marketing and Director of Social Media to effectively manage day to day marketing operations for . The qualified candidate will manage all web initiatives across ADP business units. Working closely with business units, you will gather requirements and evangelize best practices. As necessary, you will interface with external design agencies; must have strong budget management experience. A qualified candidate must have advanced knowledge of current website technologies including content management systems and governance policies. Manage and promote editorial merchandising for events such as webinars, whitepapers, and key business initiatives with innovative creative execution. The ability to analyze, interpret, and action results is essential. Work closely with product/solution marketing to manage content process (create, edit and publish schedules) as well as define service level agreements for ongoing content updates on . This role is also responsible for AB / multivariate testing to maximize conversion and drive lead generation.

Experience:
