7-12 years experience in database marketing

Summary
Director of Business Analytics will manage the analytics, reporting, segmentation and forecasting needs of various departments (marketing, finance, merchandising, operations, etc) that make up the brand team. Will have 5 direct reports.
Responsibilities
· Oversee and direct all department activities
· Assist in the ongoing development of the information architecture, including Campaign Management Platform. Work with team to further develop information capabilities
· Support the brand by performing/ assisting with both strategic and directed analysis in order to optimize marketing spend, improve merchandising analytics, target the appropriate promotion to the right customers at the right time and generate new program ideas across the customer's lifecycle
· Facilitate information sourcing needs with the Business Intelligence team
· Conduct in-depth DMA, price-point, occasion analysis for the brands to develop strategic initiatives
· Support the brand in the development and maintenance of various brand metrics:
· Life-time value calculations, Monthly cross-brand metrics, Net promoter score, monthly customer profiles, and monthly channel migration reports
· Manage model development of customer file with 3rd party vendor, data-mining and segmentation (set-up, development, scoring and post-analysis)
· Manage the list processes for various direct mail and email campaigns
· Maintain/ update the suppression files (Do Not Mail, Do Not Email, Do Not Rent)
· Develop, deploy and analyze various company and marketing strategy research projects
Education/ Experience
· BS in Information Systems or Marketing required
· 7-12 years experience in database marketing
· Demonstrated knowledge of database marketing techniques including targeting, segmentation and list processes
· SAS programming skills
· Strong problem analysis and analytical capabilities
· Strong team orientation
· Strong communication skills both written and oral
· Prior experience in providing strategic analysis and consulting
· Ability to interface with multiple departments
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet aggressive deadlines
· Direct To Consumer / Ecommerce experience
