Curriculum Manager - Allied Health
Lincoln Technical Institute, West Orange, NJ campus is seeking a Curriculum Manager – Allied Health. Will be accountable for the overall integrity, leadership, management and evaluation of the allied health programs. This position is responsible for advancing strategic educational initiatives, creating innovative academic and clinical partnerships, developing and implementing new programs, promoting retention and graduation, advancing faculty development, and mobilizing educational resources to achieve excellence in education.
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree Administrative experience in allied health education at a post-secondary institution. Curriculum design Preferred:
Master’s Degree Specialized training in instructional design Instructional experience in allied health SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Required:
A visionary leader with demonstrated success in strategic leadership, technology advancement, program evaluation, accreditation, and curriculum design. Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, with an emphasis on Word formatting, Excel equations, and PowerPoint presentations. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with multiple constituencies. Self-motivated, ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to use the internet to do research.
