AT&T Lead Product Marketing Manager - Financial -Global Marketing Management is responsible for leading the deployment and implementation of pricing for Global Managed Mobility (GMM) offers. Having a strong financial background, extensive Global Product and Marketing Mobility Management experience, the Lead Product Marketing Manager is instrumental in providing all aspects of financial support for the Global Managed services products.
Roles and responsibilities of the Lead Product Marketing Manager include but are not limited to the following:
Financial analysis and Mobility Product Marketing Management including all financial aspects of the global managed services products
Analyze and recommend new pricing strategies for global mobility service plans across various countries & technologies, and evaluate the opportunities to optimize service
Work with a cross functional team, including Finance, Sales, Marketing & Care, to develop comprehensive business cases in support of GMM offers and RFP responses.
Lead Analysis and pricing for Global managed most of world mobility offers.
Perform profit & loss analysis and regularly monitor the group's financial position through evaluation of re venue, margins, expenses, and forecasts
Track and report account specific commitments to ensure delivery against all financial targets
Ensure the success of a product or group of products through development and execution of comprehensive marketing plan
Establish savings commitments to customers and ensure financial decisions align with these obligations
Identify, monitor and analyze internal (e.g. financials, movement, revenue, cost, sales) and external (e.g., technology, market share, competitive) performance parameters in order to reposition, modify features and identify new uses for the product
Provide continuing product surveillance and management of established product to attain financial objectives
Produce performance reports measuring a range of key business metrics
Accountable for revenue attainment and profitability
Act as the foremost expert within the product marketing discipline and an acknowledged authority within the organization
Qualifications
5 or more years relevant expereince
Understand Global business customer needs and the competitive market
3 or more years of relevant Accounting and/or Financial experience
Understanding of Sales Operations
Experience and success conveying the value of new and emerging products, technologies or applications to senior level management and across a diverse product team
Product launch and lifecycle management experience with proven ability to launch and support ideas and vision
Previous experience leading a cross-functional organization in executing projects from ideation to completion
Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate in a fast-paced, high-growth professional environment
Proven ability to translate ideas and vision into product definition and requirements
Business Objects, MS Office software suite, particularly Excel and Access expertise
Strong written, verbal and oral presentation skills
Strong strategic thinking skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and other standard office computer applications
Desired Qualifications:
Six or more years of product management experience, preferably in Enterprise new product development
Product management experience within high tech, software and/or wireless/telecom industry highly
Ability to anticipate risks and devise contingencies to manage them
Experience writing technical requirements
MS in Finance / Accounting / Technical
MBA
