Description
Responsibilities:
Participates in joint sales call with the sales team
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
Supports unit sales plan through pre-sales and/or post-sales technical consulting activities
Provides technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and installation and maintenance of company products to ensure that the system is functioning according to specifications
Provides answers to customer inquiries concerning system software, applications and provides software development and consultation to prospective users
Understands, develops and delivers systems/applications solutions to customers' business, information, technical and educational needs
Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situation or data from which answers can be readily obtained
Assignment may be at customer site, remote response center, corporate location or other site
May build a mini-application, based on customer requirements, to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping
Creates recommendations, and implements new methods, techniques, and/or procedures
Coordinates completion of Network projects
Typically viewed as a mentor or coach, but is not supervisory
This position is NOT on sales compensation
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
Ability to clear a background check and drug test
The successful candidate will be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation:
Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering
Five to seven years of engineering and/or sales experience
Have knowledge of wring for Multi-Dwelling Units and Single Family Units
Strong time management skills
Project Management experience preferred
Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
