Immediate Opening for Account Sales Representatives in East and South Houston
Link Staffing is experiencing unprecedented growth resulting in the need for more Account Sales Representatives. The position is a critical component for establishing partnerships with businesses that utilize contingent labor. This position plans, initiates, and assists Link Staffing Services through sales and marketing of temporary, temp-hire and direct-hire staffing services. Link is in the business of helping other businesses grow. In this capacity, all our staff are focused on partnering toward solutions for our clients unique needs. This position must have a creative business mind and excellent people awareness and skills.
Our Account Sales Reps are responsible for cold calling and setting appointments for discovery toward establishing partnerships with community businesses. Link utilizes promotional aids and marketing tools as needed to increase brand awareness. Our Representative prepare rate quotes and presents sales proposals. They are responsible for growth of additional business each week over the previous week’s billed hours. Link Representative develop a monthly plan to effectively market Link’s staffing services in the sales territory. They maintain a 13-week planner board with target prospects and a list of Top 100 prospects to establish Top 10 Target Prospects. Our Account Reps maintain consistent and effective “Client Prospect” follow up activity according to company standards and focus on building relationships rather than honing in on just selling. Link grows and grooms relationships with clients to insure continued satisfaction and obtain additional sales leads and job placements. Successful Account Sales Representatives work with Branch Managers to set visitation schedules for customer service visits by inside branch staff. Constant communication keeps our office teams informed of changes within our clients which would affect business. Link has over 30 years of staffing expertise that allows us to continue to grow and expand our presence in the light industrial and skilled crafts and trades staffing market.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE:
Knowledge of cold calls, sales, and marketing with experience in developing accounts and negotiating with clients.
Excellent computer and writing skills for preparing sales proposals and presentations.
Must be organized and self motivated to assure timely follow up with prospects and leads.
The ability to deal with rejection and continue to penetrate the market to uncover new business opportunities.
A competitive spirit with a customer service and team work focus.
Reliable transportation with a good driving record, good credit and a clean background.
