They just experienced a stellar sales quarter and are seeking proven software sales professionals to join their team. We are currently seeking a successful, motivated, sales professional with experience selling some type of enterprise, middleware or database type software with strategic solution sales skills for this exciting opportunity:
Position title: Account Executive
Locations: Philadelphia, PA, NY/NJ/CT and Boston, MA areas
Position description:
We are seeking a candidate with experience selling some type of enterprise or middleware solutions as noted to sell software and services to customers in the geographic region. The successful candidate will acquire expertise in a number of different technology areas and be able to use this knowledge to present solutions to these new customers. This is a role calling on a mix of existing and targeted accounts. You will be selling large value solutions to these customers in a defined geography.
Required skills:
5-8+ years prior experience selling software based solutions into targeted accounts.
Recent, successful experience selling large value enterprise or middleware software to large enterprise customers
Proven success in meeting and exceeding quota
Ability to manage complex sales into large enterprises
An action and results-oriented approach which balance a "take charge" attitude with teamwork and collaboration. An ability to work with prospects to develop strong business solution cases coupled with solid closing skills.
Experience in teaming with systems integrators is also required. The successful candidate's background will include having executed call plans, orchestrated account-planning sessions and effectively executed account strategies.
BA/BS degree and familiarity with internet technologies, web portal initiatives and integration platforms is required
Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
