I am currently looking for an Account Executive for a client of mine who is a Microsoft Gold Partner who provides an end-to-end approach to customer relationship management through their sales and customer care professionals, and their expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. 

Position: Account Executive - (Microsoft Dynamics CRM Software Sales/Services)
Location: Houston, TX (South Central Territory)
Reports to: VP Sales
Compensation: 80K - 100K Base (Depends on Experience), 1st year OTE 150K

Note: I really need someone with CRM software sales and services experience.

The Account Executive is responsible for prospecting and selling Microsoft Dynamics CRM and consulting services to mid-market businesses located in the South Central Territory.  This is a ‘hunter’ role, focused solely on locating new customers and guiding them through the entire sales cycle using the Microsoft Solution Selling Process.  The process includes researching and qualifying leads, conducting software demonstrations, working with technical sales to determine solution, creating proposals and closing the sale.  This is a full-time, exempt position.  Compensation for this role is a combination of base salary and commission.


Responsibilities:
- Create a territory plan with sales management and marketing
- Contact all prospects provided to you marketing, Microsoft referrals, and other referrals.
- Qualify/disqualify prospects based on standard criteria
- Conduct software demonstrations, involving technical sales as necessary
- Create Statements of Work (proposals) following the standard company process
- Consistently follow up on opportunities until opportunity close
- Develop strong relationships with specific individuals at Microsoft and other strategic business partners
- Participate in and help manage marketing events/seminars

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B software sales, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Good listener and desire to find the right solution for the customer
- Polished, yet personable
- Experience in working with C-level executives
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
- Able to demonstrate prior experience in generating results
