PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR APPLY FOR THIS JOB Req. Num: 82135 Category: Nursing Location: The Children''s Hospital at Montefiore Schedule: Full time Shift: 7am-7:30pm varies Qualifications/Responsibilities:NYS Registered Professional Nurse License required. Registration and BSN required. Must have at least five years of clinical experience, two of which must be in the specialty or related service, or a combination of education and experience acceptable to the Clinical Director of Nursing. Must have proven clinical leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and be able to uphold the competencies and principles of Montefiore Excellence. Will monitor the performance of Nursing Associates in maintaining MMC (Montefiore Medical Center) standards of practice in nursing. Will collaborate with the Administrative Nurse Manager in coordinating and implementing the various resources needed to provide patient care services for designated units. Certification preferred.
