We are looking for CCM consultants to assist our Client''s in executing this enterprise strategic growth initiative. Consultants must have customer communication management subject matter expertise to optimize our clients CCM and data management requirements and CAN BE LOCATED ANYWHERE IN THE US.
The Customer Communication Management Consultants will be part of a dedicated team and will be responsible for:
? Understand key client needs and solutions opportunities that align with capabilities ? Position Client as a provider of those solutions with compelling value propositions ? Build strong, long-lasting relationships with C Suite executives and key client line of business owners ? Deliver innovative business consulting, business process design, systems integration, application design and management to leading sector organizations ? Build solutions pipeline at key accounts, perform portfolio analysis to evaluate Client Document Management capabilities and recommend solutions that need to be built to address clients'' requirements ? Lead and coordinate the pursuit of sales opportunities from initial qualification through final closing. ? Provide pre-sales strategy input and ideas to sales and operations, participate in account strategy planning sessions to implement consulting engagements. ? Assist in developing client specific strategies for document delivery and management solutions, document management processes and workflow. ? Analyze client''s processes, operations and metrics and formulate an effective solution. ? Coordinate with internal and external resources to complete detailed design and costing of proposed solutions ? Specify solution elements and costs and provide to Finance and Pricing ? Leverage internal resources and external technology alliance partners to architect and integrate technology and services components that will be required as a part of the solution. Obtain pricing, specification, performance and delivery information. ? Manage pre-engagement work, determine engagement scope and cost projections, formulate win strategy and value proposition ? Deliver findings and recommendations, solution and proposal presentations. ? Lead input and discussions for Contract, Statement of Work and supporting documentation to close and execute the contract. ? Accountable for successful execution, along with the Service Delivery team, as the solution is implemented and the opportunity transitions from sales to operations. Accountable thru startup phase until successful hand off to operations is completed. ? Manage engagements including proposal development, contract negotiations and renegotiation of client contracts in line with changing client requirements ? Develop detailed work plans, statement of work, direct project teams, deliver status, meet deadlines, manage to budget and meet quality standards ? Guide team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and past experience ? Plays a critical role in interfacing with our Solution Management team to build enhanced/new offerings. ? Support participation in client specific and trade show educational session and exhibits. ? Coach and mentor other team members and conduct knowledge sharing activities ? Participates actively in the professional development of the Consulting & Integration organization, including practice leadership, business development, engagement deliverables and client satisfaction
? Strong business development and consultative selling background ? Strong track record dealing with senior executives in the enterprise accounts ? Background in consulting and professional services ? Experience in client customer communications ? Strong engagement management skills with focus on building profitable consulting business practices and developing client relationships ? Demonstrate teamwork and engagement management skills at the highest levels within client organizations ? Demonstrate negotiation skills in complex engagements ? Customer Communication Management, operational management, workflow or business process consulting working experience in one or more of the following verticals is preferred: ? Insurance ? Financial Services ? HealthCare ? Federal or State Government ? Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. ? Good understanding of the sales process with proven negotiation skills ? Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio ? Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, highly organized ? Strong client relationship skills and service orientation, ability to work in a demanding, client-focused, team environment. ? Understanding of leading technologies, industry trends and core services ? Multi-channel Communications ? Digital document delivery and adoption ? Data Management ? Regulatory Compliance ?
