Capital One Auto Finance is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to manage up to 14 Area Sales Managers (ASMs) in the Northeast region. This is a critical position that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking skills, and a strong passion and desire to succeed and be the best of the best.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Recruiting, developing, and motivating a high-performance sales team to meet and/or exceed all critical sales performance objectives
Managing ASM performance
Must possess a very strong ability to analyze ASM activities including time management, account prospecting and account management, sales execution and selling skills.
Monthly reviews of ASM field performance.
Associate training and development
Must provide on-going sales skills coaching and development to ASMs; competitive awareness is also important.
Must develop and review daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales objectives
Coordinating ASM call routes to obtain maximum efficiencies in production
Must be aware of and coordinate responses to all relevant competitor announcements and program changes
Extensive travel (up to 80%).
